At Lilibette's Resources, our aim is 100% customer satisfaction. We try to ensure that all of our products meet our high standards but mistakes can happen! If after downloading - and so losing your right to 14-day refund (see below) - you find anything wrong with any of our products, please tell us immediately and we will rectify the issue and send you another, free of additional charge. 

How do I order products?

Most of our products are digital downloads. They arrive in pdf form. 
Most of our products can be ordered through TES , TPT. Teach Simple, from our Lilibett'es Resources Payhip store and Amazon.
For physical copies of books sold on amazon, Amazon handles the transaction and delivery.

 Nature Observations products on the Nature Observations website are only available through Lilibette's Resources. In these cases, you click on the 'Buy Now' button and pay through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to do this. An e-mail from PayPal will be sent to you as soon as you have paid, confirming the transaction. 

Orders through Nature Observations will be acknowledged with another, separate e-mail from Nature Observations.
Remember that all PDF orders are sent as download links and are sent to your PayPal email address, or the e-mail address that you have registered with TES, Teach Simple, Payhip or TPT (where appropriate) .

 For orders made through PayPal, please make sure your PayPal e-mail address is up to date, or you will not receive your downloads. If you do not hear from us, please make sure your PayPal e-mail address is the e-mail you normally use.

How do I pay?

For Nature Observations print and digital subscriptions, we use the secure PayPal service to process payments. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility, most major credit cards are accepted. We do not store any details about customers' credit or debit cards, nor are we able to, as we do not process any card payments directly - they are processed by a trusted third party (PayPal) and in some cases (Home Education Resources) handled by Shop Integrator (Privacy policy here). For items sent via Mail Big File (Home-Education Resources), payment is taken via PayPal and I then send the file to you as soon as  I have received notification of payment - usually the same day.

How much is postage and packaging?

There is no postage and packaging to pay for Digital downloads.
For Nature Observations print magazines, the P&P is included in the price of a subscription. 
Customers will be given a quotation which will include P&P if they ask for physical sample copies.

Why do I have to supply my e-mail address?


Once you have paid, PayPal will send a confirmation e-mail containing information about the transaction.
Payhip requires an email before a download is possible.

What format do the downloads come in?

The PDF digital downloads all come in pdf format and can be opened by most computers using such programmes as Adobe. Please make sure your computer can read pdf files before ordering.

Can I access the files again after opening them?

Products purchased through TES, Teach Simple and TPT will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant company.

For items purchased through Shop Integrator or PayPal:
In order to have access to them again, you need to save them somewhere safe.
When you have downloaded your products/s, click on the 'File' tab, select 'save as', choose a place to save the file and then choose 'save'.
You can also store the confirmation e-mail containing the link.
Each file purchased through shop Integrator can be downloaded a maximum of five times.
You have seven days from purchase to download a file.
However, once you have saved your file, you have unlimited access.
Please note: LOST files (saved and then lost), cannot be replaced. You will have to purchase them again.
For files downloaded from Payhip, you can download them 5 times only. Please be sure to store your download in a safe place.

Do I have a right to cancel?

Products purchased through TES, Teach Simple and TPT will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relative company.

For products purchased through Payhip under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel before downloading, but once you have downloaded a product, you lose your 14-day right to cancel.

Lilibette's Resources complies with Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

If the download is not successful, or you have trouble viewing it, then you will be entitled to a full refund. Do contact us first as we will usually be able to correct the issue for you. However, it would be wise to check that your computer can view pdf files before purchasing.

Lilibette's Resources cannot print your download for you, however, we may be able to help if you experience difficulties. Contact us!

  • Sell files to make a profit: All files are for personal use only. You may NOT use my items for sale or profit. ~ i.e. print them off, laminate them and sell them to others. Transmit or store any resources on any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system. All downloads are copyright protected. Not to be distributed, transferred, or shared in any form. ​​ 
  • Use the downloads to sell a product or service; 
  • Use the download to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. 
  • Place the resources in public areas such as on Learning platforms or school websites.
Any use of the downloads that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of 'Lilibettes Resources' or that is for commercial purposes will be investigated, and the owner shall have the right to take appropriate civil and criminal legal action.

Modifications of Terms: I shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior Agreements.

Lilibette's Resources reserve the right to modify or remove products at any time, and to change prices at any time, and you agree that we are not liable to you or anyone else for any such modification or removal. You agree that any material downloaded from the site is obtained at your own discretion and risk, and you take sole responsibility for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss of data or damage to your computer system.

FAQ


Colour ink is so expensive, can I print in black and white?

Yes! You do not have to print our products in colour. Black and white will do just as well.

Do the games have instructions?

Yes! Each game comes with it's 'aims', 'how to make' and 'how to play', instructions.
